About the Role
You'll work as part of our kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals across restaurant service, cellar door experiences, and large-scale functions including weddings and corporate events.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard
Supporting the team with service flow across restaurant and event operations
Maintaining a clean, safe, and well organised work area
Adapting to changing service demands and team needs
What We're Looking For
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) is essential
Understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP principles
Calm under pressure with a reliable,



can-do attitude
Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (as rostered)
