Overview:
Join a leading mobile plant organisation based in Brisbane, supporting the planning and coordination of personnel and equipment across client sites within the mining sector.
You'll play a key role in workforce scheduling, mobilisation coordination, compliance management, and ensuring personnel remain site-ready for ongoing project requirements.
Working closely with operations teams, employees, and external providers, you'll help keep projects running efficiently and safely.
Previous experience in Workforce Scheduling, Mobilisation, Workforce Coordination, or a similar mining, construction, or industrial administration role
Strong understanding of workforce mobilisation processes, including onboarding, medicals, inductions, and site access requirements
Experience coordinating personnel schedules, workforce allocation, and travel requirements to meet operational demands
Ability to maintain compliance records, licences, competencies, and training documentation across multiple systems
High level of accuracy when managing employee records, reporting, and workforce tracking data
Experience raising purchase orders and providing general administrative support within a fast-paced environment
Ability to coordinate PPE requirements and support the timely distribution of equipment to personnel
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, operational leaders, clients, and external providers
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring personnel remain site-ready and compliant
$40 per hour with consistent rostered hours

Key Requirements:
