In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering the transition of business services to new and enhanced business solutions, driving improved decision‐making, network outcomes and operational performance.
This role will see you provide expert business analysis, advice and support across business and process improvement initiatives, lead requirements gathering and analysis, develop technical specifications and user stories, conduct research and data analysis, and deliver insights that support evidence‐based decision‐making.
Working closely with the Eco‐System Lead, you will contribute to business and process mapping, continuous improvement activities, data collection and reporting, and the development of dashboard‐based insights.
You will lead the development of coordinated solutions and recommendations by bringing together information, insights and requirements from multiple stakeholders and teams in a complex, fast‐paced environment characterised by evolving priorities, cross‐functional collaboration and network‐wide challenges.
This is a permanent full time opportunity, and this role can be based from any approved Transport workplace locations across NSW.

About you
Your business analysis, stakeholder engagement,
communication and analytical skills formed across business analysis, project delivery, digital transformation, transport, infrastructure, ICT, government or related environments will see you excel in gathering and interpreting information from diverse sources, mapping and improving business processes, translating complex requirements into explicit deliverables, and supporting evidence‐based decision‐making.
You're recognised as a collaborative and influential relationship builder, skilled at engaging with stakeholders at all levels, presenting complex information in a clear and meaningful way, and tailoring communication to suit different audiences, experienced in business requirements analysis, process mapping, risk identification, technical documentation, reporting and delivering outcomes across multiple workstreams.
Experience with Power BI or other dashboard reporting tools, data analysis and performance reporting will be highly regarded.
