Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Key Responsibilities
Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of production systems
Design and enhance observability using
Grafana
and enterprise monitoring tools
Define and manage
SLIs, SLOs & SLAs
Lead production incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
Automate operational processes and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve platform resilience and customer experience.

SLO/SLI Frameworks
CI/CD & DevOps Practices

Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Platform Engineer
Robust troubleshooting and production support experience
Hands-on expertise with cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes
Passion for automation, monitoring, and operational excellence
