What We're Looking For
Proven experience in professional kitchens
Both experienced and junior CDPs and Sous Chefs are welcome to apply
Minimum 5 years' experience as a chef
For the Sous Chef position, a minimum of 6 months in that role
Event catering or high-volume kitchen experience (highly regarded)
Background in hatted or award-winning restaurants (highly regarded)
Strong focus on consistency and attention to detail,



with pride in delivering high-quality food to meet high client expectations
Ability to run small events and prep independently
Positive attitude with a solid work ethic and team mindset
Valid NSW driver's licence
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative
Australian working rights required (visa sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates)
