General Manager - Head of Hospitality | Multi Faceted Venue
With a large base of repeat clientele and in a busy traffic area, this is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking for a larger challenge to continue on their career growth. With several offering and high turnover, we are seeking a seasoned and skilled professional to take on the role and continue to enhance the offering.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the venue from the staff, front and back of house and the bottom line. Experience in a busy venue with multiple bars and restaurant quality food and service is essential.
Ideal Skills we seek include
Multiple years experience in a similar role at a high volume venue setting
Strong compliance experience and understanding is key
Experience in a multi faceted environments with multiple offerings
Drive and ability in a leadership position and as a solid mentor to the team
Excellent food and beverage knowledge




Solid understanding of licensing and compliance is a must for this busy renowned venue.
Highly skilled in building relations with community groups and the customer base
Have fantastic abilities in developing and building structure and driving teams in service standards
Ideally experience with expanding groups and building systems that can be replicated for recent openings.
Good understanding of financials, KPI's, budgets etc...
