About the Opportunity
As a Radiation Therapist at Icon Cancer Centre Redland, you will play an important role in delivering safe, high-quality radiation therapy planning and treatment. Working closely with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, and fellow Radiation Therapists, you'll contribute to outstanding patient outcomes while developing your skills in a supportive and patient-centred environment. Reporting to the Clinical Lead Radiation Therapist, you'll be encouraged to bring your expertise, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a culture focused on quality, innovation, and compassionate care.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver high-quality radiation therapy planning and treatment in line with best practice and safety standards




Build meaningful relationships with patients and their support networks, ensuring a positive treatment experience
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve the best possible outcomes
Apply advanced treatment techniques and technologies in a contemporary clinical environment
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and clinical excellence
About You
You're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You enjoy learning, embrace new technologies and techniques, and take pride in providing a high standard of clinical care.
We're Looking For
Current AHPRA registration as a Radiation Therapist and a Queensland Radiation Use Licence (or eligibility to obtain)
A genuine commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred care
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Sound knowledge of clinical protocols and radiation therapy best practice
A proactive, adaptable approach and a desire to continue growing your clinical expertise
