Your Key Responsibilities
Providing high-quality clinical care, including assessments, monitoring, and medication management.
Managing wounds and promoting healing.
Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
Conducting health assessments, maintaining records, and documenting on eCase.
Addressing pain management and handling medical emergencies.
Providing end-of-life and palliative care.
Skills & Experience
Current AHPRA Registration
Knowledge of aged care standards
Passionate, adaptable, and eager to learn
Teamwork skills
Effective communication abilities
