Systems Trainer | Digital Transformation
3 monthcontract
Travel across South East Queensland required
We're partnering with a large, purpose driven organisation undertaking a significant digital transformation program and are seeking an experienced
Systems Trainer
to join a high performing Project Management Office (PMO).This role will play a critical part in driving system adoption, capability uplift, and successful project delivery across a diverse workforce.
The Opportunity
As the Systems Trainer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing and delivering training that supports the implementation and adoption of enterprise applications and business processes. Working closely with Project Managers, ICT teams, business stakeholders and change teams, you'll ensure end users are equipped with the skills and confidence needed to embrace recent technology and ways of working.
This is a hands on role where you'll lead training activities across multiple projects, facilitate workshops, develop learning materials, assess training effectiveness, and contribute to broader change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and deliver system training programs and learning resources
Conduct training needs analyses and identify capability gaps
Facilitate engaging face to face and virtual training sessions
Support change initiatives through training, readiness and adoption activities
Develop user guides, training documentation and supporting artefacts
Measure training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements
Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to support successful project outcomes
Coordinate training schedules, resources and delivery activities across multiple business areas
About You
You will bring a strong blend of training, learning and development, and project delivery experience, along with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience delivering systems or application training
Experience supporting ICT, transformation, or business change projects within a PMO or project environment
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and contemporary L&D; practices
Experience conducting training needs analyses and evaluating learning outcomes
Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building capabilities
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)or equivalent
Experience within health, community services, aged care or related sectors will be highly regarded
Previous experience with client management, care management or enterprise business systems is advantageous
