What your youror doing:
Managing campaigns from list to sold
Coordinating contracts and compliance
Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and suppliers
Managing calendars, appointments and priorities
Delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
Supporting a high-performing lead agent in a busy, fast-paced environment
Event organising
CRM/Data Management
What werr looking for:
Previous real estate experience is essential
Experience in a CSM,
PA or administration role within real estate
Outstanding organisation and time management skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A positive, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
Someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a high-performing team
