Via Camden INROADS is seeking an Outreach Practitioner to provide street-based drug and alcohol support to rough sleepers.
You will work closely with partner agencies to address housing, health, finances and family relationships with a whole-person approach.
The role requires flexibility, compassion and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
