This is a fixed term contract for 12 months at St Leonards with hybrid opportunities.

As we execute an ambitious technology transformation agenda, we're looking for an experienced Technology Change Manager to help ensure our people are ready, supported and empowered to embrace change.
This is a unique opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of initiatives including digital transformation, platform modernisation, data and analytics, AI-enabled solutions and process improvement programs.
You'll be responsible for leading the people side of change across HammondCare's technology portfolio.
Working closely with senior leaders, project teams, product owners and operational stakeholders, you'll develop strategies that build awareness, readiness, capability and adoption while ensuring technology investments deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technology adoption and business readiness activities across HammondCare's technology transformation portfolio, ensuring new platforms, digital capabilities and ways of working are successfully embedded.
Partner with technology delivery teams, product owners and business stakeholders to prepare operational teams for technology change and minimise implementation risk.
Develop and maintain HammondCare's Technology Change Framework, including standards, governance, adoption measures and implementation practices.
Coordinate technology communications, user engagement,
training and transition activities associated with system implementations and enhancements Assess technology change impacts, business readiness and adoption risks across multiple concurrent initiatives and releases.
Support operational leaders to adopt new technology, digital processes, reporting capabilities and self-service tools.
Monitor and report on technology adoption, user experience, business readiness, realisation of advantages and continuous improvement opportunities.
Establish a coordinated view of technology change across the portfolio to optimise release planning, adoption outcomes and organisational capacity.

About You
At least 5 years demonstrated experience leading technology change, business readiness and adoption activities across complex technology transformation programs.
Prosci, ADKAR, Agile, SAFe or equivalent change or delivery certification.
Experience supporting enterprise-wide technology initiatives, including digital transformation, platform implementations, data and analytics, cloud, cyber security or AI-enabled solutions.
Experience implementing Microsoft, Salesforce, ERP, CRM, Data & Analytics or AI solutions.
Strong understanding of technology delivery lifecycles, including Agile, product-based delivery and iterative release management.
