Be the welcoming voice that connects clients and families to the allied health services they need.
As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in supporting people navigating injury, disability, or rehabilitation—while being part of a fun, caring, and tight‐knit team in
Brisbane.
You'll work in-office alongside one of our supportive and energetic Client Support Supervisors, with daily check‐ins to share knowledge and keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Handle client calls, emails, and referrals
Support clinicians and team leaders with admin and scheduling
Keep the office running smoothly with day‐to‐day coordination
Build great relationships with clients and team members
Bring your personality, communication skills, and a love of helping others—and we'll provide the rest!
ABOUT YOU
2+ years of experience in an administration role
Call centre or hotline support experience (highly regarded)
Sound MS Office and data entry skills (Word & Excel)
A working knowledge of the NDIS sector
Sharp attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
Quick thinking and confidence managing high‐volume enquiries
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
