About the Role
As a Cellar Door Team Member, you''ll be the face of Rowlee, introducing guests to our wines, our vineyard and the stories behind every bottle.
You'll deliver premium tasting experiences, build relationships with visitors and help grow our Wine Club through genuine, personalised service.
Your Responsibilities
Host premium wine tasting experiences for guests.
Share the Rowlee story and confidently present our wines and winemaking philosophy.
Recommend wines based on guests'' tastes and preferences.
Build meaningful relationships that encourage Wine Club membership and repeat visits.
Process wine sales and memberships accurately.
Assist with wine deliveries, merchandise presentation and stock replenishment.
Maintain the presentation of the Cellar Door and tasting spaces to the highest standard.
Work collaboratively with our restaurant, events and vineyard teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Support winery events, member experiences and seasonal activations.
Maintain RSA compliance and uphold responsible service standards.
About You
You're naturally warm, engaging and enjoy making people feel welcome. You have a genuine interest in wine and love sharing your knowledge with others.
You'll ideally bring:
Previous experience in hospitality, wineries, tourism or customer service.




Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
A passion for wine and premium customer experiences.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
Professional presentation and attention to detail.
Confidence using point-of-sale systems and technology.
Availability to work weekends, public holidays and peak tourism periods.
Highly Valued
Previous cellar door or winery experience.
Wine qualifications such as WSET or Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
Knowledge of the Orange Wine Region and cool climate wines.
Experience with Commerce7 or similar wine sales platforms.
Experience in wine clubs, direct-to-consumer sales or luxury tourism.
A current First Aid Certificate.
