Transmission Line Construction

If you've got solid rigging experience, we'll provide the additional training, mentoring and on-the-job development to help you become an Electrical Lineworker specialising in transmission tower assembly and erection.
With large-scale transmission projects secured across regional Current South Wales and more work on the horizon, there's never been a better time to join the industry.
What You'll Be Doing
Working alongside experienced crews, you'll receive training while contributing to major transmission projects, including:
Tower assembly and pre-assembly
Transmission tower erection
Structural steel installation
Heavy lifting and complex rigging operations
Working with cranes and specialised equipment
Stringing activities (training provided where required)
Working safely at heights within experienced construction teams
Who We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from experienced riggers who are looking to develop their careers.
Ideally, you'll have:
Basic,



Intermediate or Advanced Rigging Licence
Dogging Certification
Practical rigging experience in construction, mining, infrastructure, or heavy industry
Experience working with cranes and lifting operations
A strong commitment to safety
Experience working at heights
The ability to work FIFO on regional projects
Highly Regarded
Transmission tower construction experience
Dogging Licence
EWP
Tower Rescue
Working at Heights
First Aid & CPR
Telehandler or other plant operating experience
