Prepare, review, and lodge visa applications and supporting documentation.
Communicate with clients, government departments, and other stakeholders throughout the application process.
Stay up to date with changes to Australian migration laws, regulations, and policies.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple cases efficiently.
