Carpentaria Shire Council is seeking a qualified Diesel Fitter/Mechanic to join our Engineering Services team based at the Normanton Depot. You will service, maintain and repair our fleet of fixed and mobile plant to keep equipment protected, reliable and operational.
The successful candidate will travel to various Council work sites and remote camps across the Shire, often driving long distances unaccompanied in remote locations.
