We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing & Customer Experience Coordinator
to join our team and help grow our brand presence, engage with our community, and bring the stories behind our jewellery to life.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing graduate or early-career professional who is passionate about content creation, social media, storytelling, and customer engagement.
You will play a key role in growing The Classic Jewellers' online presence by creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, supporting marketing campaigns, and helping customers connect with our brand.

Key Reponsibilities
Create daily jewellery content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms
Film and edit short-form videos
Create engaging captions, scripts, and video concepts
Develop monthly content calendars and weekly filming plans




Assist with campaigns around key occasions
Monitor social media performance and use insights to improve content strategy
Engage with customers, local businesses, and our online community
Respond to online enquiries and social media messages
Help maintain solid relationships with existing customers
Assist with capturing customer information for future marketing activities
We are looking for someone who is:
Creative and confident in front of a camera
Passionate about social media, storytelling, and digital marketing
Interested in luxury, fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle brands
A strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people
Detail-oriented with a high standard of presentation
Eager to learn and grow within a fast-moving, creative environment
Experience & Skills:
Marketing, Communications, Media, or Business degree preferred
Experience with social media platforms and content creation preferred
Basic video editing skills are highly desirable
Sales, retail, or customer service experience is an advantage
Jewellery experience is not required — full training will be provided
