About the role:
As a Café Attendant every day you're empowered to make a meaningful difference to people's lives. Within our supportive work environment your skills and compassion are valued. You will have the prospect to:
Maintain stock levels, including replenishment and stock rotation (FIFO)
Assist with inventory control and minimise wastage
Accurately process transactions using the POS system
Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
Prepare and serve food and beverages in line with café standards
Ensure quality presentation, portion control, and timely service




Operate coffee machines and café equipment (training provided)
Assist customers with menu selections and promote café offerings
Address customer feedback professionally and escalate where required
Support day-to-day café operations, including opening and closing procedures

About you:
Previous experience in a café, hospitality, or customer service role.
Barista skills or willingness to be trained.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
