The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Facilities Coordinator to join the Star Hotels team in Brisbane QLD, on a Permanent Fulltime basis.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial and executive team, your primary focus is to ensure the effective understanding of retail leases and external commercial leases.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure we have full understanding of all leases and management and co-ordination of building maintenance
Develop effective and proactive working relationships with internal and external stakeholder,



including landlords and tenants
Source and engage external services and supplies in a cost conscious manner
Assist Operations with Contractor Management
Assist Head of Commercial with negotiations and documentation when required
Your background
Industry experience in a similar position within the commercial retail space
Ability to manage customer satisfaction, expectations and needs
Strong communication skills and able to effectively liaise with staff at various levels
Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Able to work autonomously and prioritise conflicting workloads
