We are on the hunt for an outstanding people leader to coach, inspire and lead the team at our fantastic seasonal pool!
The Role
Belgravia Leisure is proudly managing the Indigo Shire pools which includes, Rutherglen, Beechworth, Chiltern, Tangambalanga and Yackandandah Pools. We are currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced
Venue Manager
to lead the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience at each of our seasonal regional pools.
Key accountabilities
Manage and document all incidents and accidents
Develop and create staff rosters four weeks in advance
Maintain merchandise and cafe stock
Maintain the pools according to health regulations
Deliver great service and quality to customers
Learn about and adhere to all company policies
Follow the law and all reasonable company instructions and directives
Perform other duties as required by the company
Maximise business growth and results
Identify and address performance gaps in operating standards
Make appropriate decisions in-line with business standards
This is a seasonal pool which operates November **** to March ****

You will be a truly seasoned and skilled manager, who leads with vision and energy. A true people leader, you will be able to share insights into how you have successfully shaped team performance in your career. You can easily articulate the link between employee engagement and exceptional business performance.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS




Pool Lifeguard Certificate
Pool Operations Certificate (preferred)
Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
Current CPR Certificate
Working with Children Check (or Equivalent)
National Police Check
PREFERRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Experience in similar role
Strong interpersonal skills
Fantastic leader and coach
A champion for change
A passion for the role, theteam,and guests
