Due to continued growth, the Brisbane office is looking to appoint an experienced insurance litigator to join its highly regarded team. What's the Role?
Working closely with experienced Partners, you will advise a diverse insurer client base across a broad range of defendant insurance matters. Your work will include:
Public liability litigation
General insurance disputes
Managing litigation through negotiations, mediations and court proceedings
Developing litigation strategy and providing commercially focused advice
Building strong client relationships while managing matters from commencement through to resolution

Who Should Apply?
The firm is ideally seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel (5+ years PAE) with experience in defendant insurance litigation, particularly across public liability or broader general insurance matters.
You will also bring:
Strong technical legal skills and sound commercial judgment
Excellent drafting and communication abilities
A proactive and collaborative approach
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
The confidence to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
