IB&M; Finance partners with Institutional Banking & Markets to provide robust financial control, analysis and strategic insight. Product Control sits at the centre of Global Markets, working closely with Trading, Risk and Finance to deliver accurate P&L; reporting and maintain a strong control environment.
Your impact
You will lead Product Control across Fixed Income, Rates & FX trading desks, overseeing daily P&L;, ensuring reporting accuracy and strengthening controls.
Provide clarity on P&L; drivers, market movements and risk positions
Maintain a strong control framework across reporting, systems and processes
Partner with Front Office, Risk and Technology to support business initiatives
Drive automation, efficiency and reporting enhancements
Lead,



coach and develop a high-performing team
Influence senior stakeholders through clear financial insights
We're interested in hearing from people who have
Experience in Product Control or Financial Control across traded financial products (Fixed Income, Rates and FX)
Robust accounting foundation with a sound understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting frameworks
Working knowledge of trading platforms such as Murex and Wallstreet
Strong analytical capability, with experience in tools such as SQL, VBA, Power BI, Tableau Prep or Alteryx
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders
Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, CFA or similar)
