Black Truck & AG is looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused
Service Advisor
to join our Chinchilla team.
Previous experience as a
Service Advisor
is highly desirable, but not essential. If you have a strong background in customer service, excellent administration and organisational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, we'd love to hear from you.
As the link between our customers and our workshop, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every service experience is professional, efficient and positive.
About the Role
Your day will include:
Scheduling service appointments and managing bookings
Greeting customers and checking in vehicles
Preparing repair orders and accurately recording customer concerns
Reviewing vehicle history and recommending additional maintenance where appropriate
Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process, including timeframes and costs
Explaining completed work and invoices in a clear, easy-to-understand manner
Responding to phone and email enquiries
Providing general administrative support and helping maintain an organised front office
What We're Looking For
Previous Service Advisor experience is
desirable but not essential
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Strong administration,



organisational and business skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
A current and valid driver's licence (essential)
