Hill McGlynn Recruitment is partnering with a growing Australian product business to find a Product Coordinator to support the launch of new products across a national distribution network.
This is a hands-on role working across suppliers, compliance, supply chain and marketing to get products from concept through to market.
You don't need to come from the electrical industry specifically, but experience working with technical or trade-related products will be highly regarded.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Sourcing & Product team, you will play a key role in coordinating new product launches from concept through to market.
Coordinate recent product introductions from concept to launch
Work with local and international suppliers on timelines, specifications and quality
Support product compliance, testing and certification processes
Maintain product specifications and documentation
Set up and manage product data and SKUs within ERP systems
Work closely with marketing on product content, features and launch activity
Track timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule




Assist with improving and optimising existing product ranges
What We're Looking For
Experience working with technical or physical products
Experience in product coordination, supply chain, imports, manufacturing or similar
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator able to work across multiple teams
Experience managing product data, SKUs or ERP systems
Exposure to electrical, lighting, hardware, HVAC, industrial or similar products
Understanding of product compliance or Australian standards
Trade-qualified candidates (e.g. electrician or similar) looking to move into an office-based role are encouraged to apply.
