Duties and responsibilities
Provideexceptional customer service to all Landlords and Tenants
Prepareand renewleases
Rental reviews and arrears control
Ingoing and outgoing condition reports
Organise maintenance and property repair requests
What you need




Whilst some experience in Property Management is definitely a benefit, it's not the be-all and end-all if you don't have it.....the right attitude and transferrable skills carry weight for this position.
Some requirements are as follows:
Full unrestricted Australian working rights
Some experience in property management or real estate is ideal but not necessary
Driver's licence and vehicle
Honest and trustworthy mindset
Strong ability to maintain transparency
Alignment to our company motto "exceeding our client's best experience"
Ability to navigate high-pressure situations ina calm, confident and methodical manner
Great relationship-building skills, with the ability andconfidenceto converse with people naturally
