The Role
You will work with the Warehousing Team Leader, Purchasing, Production, and Operations teams to receive, store, pick, stage, and control parts for motorhome production.
This is a practical manufacturing stores role. It suits someone who is comfortable with stock systems, forklift work, labelled storage, two-bin or kanban discipline, and daily communication with production teams.
What You Will Work On
Receive incoming goods, check quantities, identify parts, and record receipts accurately.
Separate damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or unclear deliveries so they can be resolved before they affect production.
Put stock away in the correct location with clear labelling and clean physical control.
Pick, issue, and stage materials for assembly, subassembly, CNC, cabinetry, electrical, gas plumbing, detailing, warranty, and other production needs.
Maintain stock accuracy in Cin7 Core / DEAR or the approved warehouse record.
Support two-bin, kanban, replenishment, and cycle count routines.
Investigate stock discrepancies and repeated shortages instead of only correcting the number.
Support Purchasing with reorder signals, supplier discrepancies, delivery follow-up, and routine purchase activity where authorised.




Help improve warehouse layout, bin setup, labelling, visual management, and material flow.
Operate forklift equipment only where licensed, authorised, and safe to do so.
Keep receiving, storage, staging, and traffic areas clean, controlled, and safe.
What You Will Bring
Required:
Current LF Forklift Licence.
Previous experience in a manufacturing warehouse, production stores, inventory, logistics, or similar environment.
Confidence using inventory, ERP, scanner, spreadsheet, or stock control systems.
Strong attention to detail with stock, quantities, part identification, and records.
Safe material handling habits and respect for site procedures.
Useful experience:
Cin7 Core, DEAR, Pronto, or another ERP or inventory system.
LEAN manufacturing, 5S, visual management, two-bin, kanban, or replenishment routines.
Production line support in automotive, caravan, motorhome, marine, component supply, or another practical manufacturing environment.
Cycle counts, stock discrepancy investigation, supplier delivery follow-up, or warehouse layout improvement.
Drive Results
The role involves practical ownership of warehouse tasks, but it does not make unauthorised decisions about supplier selection, pricing, stock write-offs, product substitutions, or material changes. Those matters are escalated to the right manager.
We want someone who will solve problems within their role and raise the right issues early when a decision sits outside their authority.
