About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator or Early Childhood Teacher to join our supportive team. This is a great opportunity for a passionate professional who enjoys working collaboratively, advocating for children and families, and delivering quality early childhood education and care.
You will:
Create a safe, supportive, stimulating and engaging play-based learning environment for children.
Plan, implement and evaluate programs suited to each child's individual needs and interests.
Build positive, nurturing relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Maintain ongoing records of children's development and contribute to programming and documentation in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.
Lead, guide and support fellow educators, and work productively as part of a healthy team.
Communicate openly with families, sharing information about their child and centre activities.
Be aware of children's additional needs, including dietary and allergy requirements.
Uphold hygiene, supervision and Work Health & Safety standards at all times.
Assist with administrative duties and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Certificate III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification (ACECQA approved).
Experience working in an early childhood education and care setting.




Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Excellent communication, time-management and interpersonal skills.
A positive, reliable, motivated and professional attitude, with a strong work ethic.
A genuine passion for early childhood education and an actively anti-bias approach to your work with children, families and staff.

Successful applicants will require:
Current NSW Working With Children Check.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
Child Protection training and GECCKO Training.
Relevant references and clearances.
