Support Officer
in
Goulburn.
We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a customer-centric service organisation such as a contact centre, service centre, shared service, corporate or managed service environment.
Demonstrated ability to adapt, learn and implement recent processes and procedures quickly.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer experience building rapport, understanding customer requirements, and delivering best-possible service from first contact.
Understand and use available technologies to maximise efficiencies and effectiveness.
