Siddeley Talent Link is a member company of RedBridge Group. We are currently recruiting a Mandarin-Speaking Sales Assistant to support RedBridge Group's employer-sponsored migration services, with a particular focus on client enquiries relating to Subclass 482 and Subclass 186 visa pathways.

About the Role
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for responding to prospective client enquiries, introducing the company's service process, following up with potential clients and supporting client onboarding.
This is a sales and client relationship position. The successful candidate will communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients through phone calls, WeChat, Xiaohongshu and face-to-face consultations.
The role does not involve independently providing migration advice.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to prospective client enquiries through phone, WeChat, email, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu and other communication channels
Introduce RedBridge Group's employer-sponsored migration services clearly and professionally
Conduct initial client intake and collect basic background information
Understand clients' general service needs and arrange professional consultations
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain ongoing client relationships
Support the conversion of qualified enquiries into consultations and formal service engagements
Assist with quotations, service agreements, client onboarding and general administrative work
Maintain accurate records of client enquiries, follow-up activities and service progress
Support seminars, promotional campaigns and client information sessions
Work closely with the migration services, marketing and operations teams
Language Requirements
Fluent Mandarin Chinese is essential, as the role involves daily communication with Mandarin-speaking clients




Professional working proficiency in English is required for internal communication, emails and general administrative work
About You
Strong communication, interpersonal and client relationship skills
Confident communicating with clients by phone, WeChat and face-to-face
Previous experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, education, migration services or professional services is preferred
Comfortable following up with prospective clients and working towards sales and conversion targets
Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple enquiries
Able to handle confidential client information professionally
Familiarity with WeChat, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn or CRM systems is advantageous
Knowledge of Australian employer-sponsored migration services is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
Visa and Working Rights
Applicants holding a valid Subclass 485 visa are strongly preferred
Candidates should ideally have at least 12 months remaining on their current visa
Applicants must have valid Australian working rights
