The Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team and make a genuine impact.
In this role, you'll partner with children and their families to deliver meaningful, goal-driven therapy, helping them build independence, confidence, and participation in everyday life. Working within NDIS and other funding models, you'll play a key role in creating positive, lasting outcomes.

Manage a paediatric caseload delivering evidence-based therapy
Conduct assessments in clinic, home, and school environments
Develop therapy plans and goals using a strengths-based approach
Provide functional capacity, ADL, and developmental assessments
Prescribe assistive technology and complete supporting documentation
Deliver therapy and education to families, carers, and support networks




Prepare high-quality reports within required timeframes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and external stakeholders
Participate in case conferences and clinical meetings
You are a dedicated and client-focused Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with children and families to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Experience
Minimum
1–2 years OT experience
At least
12 months NDIS experience
Experience delivering paediatric therapy services
Strong clinical reasoning and report writing skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
