Queensland Corrective Services is seeking a Trade Instructor, Caterer to run a high‐volume kitchen inside a Correctional Centre. You will supervise prisoners, manage daily kitchen operations and ensure meals meet budgetary and dietary guidelines.
You will coordinate with staff and external agencies, maintain accurate records, participate in training and uphold food safety and health and safety standards.
