About the Role:
Deliver high-quality paediatric occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload.
Mentor and supervise junior therapists, fostering their professional development.




Conduct assessments and design intervention plans for children with developmental and sensory challenges.
Contribute to group therapy programs and community workshops.
Engage in team-building activities, "Friday Feed" brainstorming sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA membership.
Experience in paediatrics.
Proven ability to supervise and mentor junior therapists/students and AHA.
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
A valid driver's license and a commitment to ongoing learning.
