About the company:
Stellar Recruitment is seeking a
qualified Automotive Technician
with experience across
Petrol, diesel
and
electric vehicle systems (EV's) diagnostics
to join a high‐performing Wellington Mulitfranchise dealership
The role will involve a 40-hour work week working on a much-loved New Zealand brand.
Representing a proudly Kiwi owned and operated Dealership, you will work in a tight knit team that ensures client vehicles are maintained and repaired to a high level of standard.
To be successful in this role you will have
:
Automotive Trade qualification
3+ Years post qualification Dealership experience
Ability to service, repair and diagnose Petrol and Diesel vehicles




WOF Certification highly regarded
Full clean NZ Driver's License
The team reports to a respected Service Manager who places strong emphasis on staff wellbeing and fosters a workshop environment where work–life balance is consistently maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in line with manufacturer standards.
Perform effective engine and electrical diagnostics
Perform WOF inspections
Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and relevant warranty processes
Stay updated with the latest technical advancements and new model training
Follow all health and safety regulations in the workshop
