RANZCR is seeking a
CRM Data Quality Operations Administrator
to join our Member Fulfilment Unit on a
12-month parental leave contract
. In this role, you'll help ensure the accuracy, integrity and reliability of data that supports our members, programs, reporting and decision-making across the organisation.
Reporting to the CRM and Data Governance Specialist, you'll work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), supporting data quality, governance and continuous improvement initiatives that directly contribute to a better member experience.

What You'll Do
Maintain the accuracy, integrity and quality of member and organisational data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
Conduct data quality reviews, validation checks and remediation activities to ensure compliance with data standards and governance requirements.
Monitor, investigate and resolve data quality issues, including duplicate, incomplete or inconsistent records.
Support data governance, privacy, retention and audit activities to ensure trusted and compliant data management practices.
Validate data across integrated systems and assist with reconciliation and issue resolution where required.
Ensure data is accurate, complete and ready for operational reporting, dashboards and business decision-making.
Prepare data quality metrics, identify trends and escalate recurring issues to support continuous improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the College to improve data processes, support system enhancements and contribute to an exceptional member experience.
What You'll Bring
Certificate or Diploma in Information Management, Business Administration, Data Management, Information Systems or a related field OR equivalent relevant experience.
Experience working with CRM systems (D365 highly desirable)
Experience in CRM data quality management, data validation, data cleansing, and operational data governance.
Experience working with large datasets and identifying data quality issues.
Experience following documented governance and compliance processes.
Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather, validate, or clarify data.
Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to data review, accuracy and resolution.
Understanding of data quality principals, data governance practices, privacy and compliance requirements.
Ability to perform structured data validation and accurately update data
Strong documentation and process management capability
Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
Ability to follow documented processes while contributing to process improvement.
