Role overview
The Communication Coordinator works closely with the Entireti Group Communications team to support the company's major initiatives and strategy.
In this role, you'll be exposed to all areas of communications, including internal, external and network messaging and take ownership of two specific brands in the Entireti ecosytem. This will empower you to own your audience and communications channel.
We work across all digital channels, including social media, EDMs, content management platforms, video and webinars, so you'll enjoy the challenge of working with diverse platforms and become an expert at repurposing information for a variety of audiences.
At the core of it all is data. You'll be a whiz at tracking, dissecting and interrogating our communication data so we make better and more informed decisions.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Key roles and responsibilities
Content creation and comms execution
Working with our digital platforms, including Member Site and AdviserIQ, including writing, editing and uploading news content
Acting as a brand advocate,



ensuring consistency in branding across all communications and design materials
Reporting on all communication activity
Virtual event (webinar) set up and reporting
Coordination of our Entireti-wide Communications Calendar
Management of the internal communication function, including delivery
Manage the Entireti intranet, finding engaging ways to publish and promote internal messages
Social media management across multiple brands
Timely delivery of network messages via EDMs and content management platforms
Coordination and production of fortnightly newsletters , ensuring engaging content and timely distribution
Keep weekly up-to-date reporting on all communications and webinar activity
Deliver the social media strategy and drive engagement on our pages
Support the People team to deliver engaging internal comms messages across all channels
Become an expert in Swift (our communications platform)
Skills and experience you'll bring to the role
4-7 years of experience in communications, marketing or media role
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Values and includes others
Demonstrated drive and achievement focus
Solid writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design skills
Superior organisation and prioritisation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure workplace
Knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media and social media
