About the role
We have a
part-time (0.8FTE, 30 hours per week)
hybrid opportunity
for a Customer Service and Sales Consultant at our
Chatswood store.
You may also be requested to work at other stores in your local area to support your wider team.




Asthe face of Medibank in yourarea,you will:
Help customers choose the right health cover and services.
Support them across multiple channels –
in-store, over the phone, online
, and in the community.
Build lasting relationships and trust through personalised conversations.
Solve everyday challenges and share ideas to improve how we work.
This role includes a
adaptable rotating rosterworking
Monday to Friday withalternatingSaturday work.
The working hours rotate between8am –8pmand rostered hours after 5pm will be working from home shifts.
Internally referred to as a Local Community Consultant, you will be a part of ageographically based, cross-functional teams, with a sharedgoaltobuild stronger community connections, deepen trust, and deliver more personalised supportin your area.
