Icaro Holdings Pty Ltd trading as Icaro in Apollo Bay seeks an experienced Chef / Head Chef ANZSCO ****** to lead our kitchen. You will develop seasonal menus and oversee kitchen operations, food quality and cost control for a cafe, restaurant and wine bar serving guests and functions.
You will supervise and train kitchen staff, ensure HACCP and Victorian food safety standards, and liaise with front-of-house to maintain high service levels while managing stock and costs.
