About the Company
Our client is a Federal Government departmentwith a network of diplomatic missions across the world. They deliver Australia's foreign, trade and security objectives and support critical international operations.
About the Role
Supportthe Security Division through end-to-end logistics, procurement and asset management. Work closely with Technical Security Officers, security teams, suppliers and government stakeholders to deliver operational capability across Australia and overseas.
Duties
Coordinate deployments, travel and logistics
Manage procurement and contract activities
Maintain asset registers and stocktakes
Prepare project and budget documentation
Mitigate supply chain and operational risks
Skills & Experience
NV1 clearance or ability to upgrade to NV2
SAP and Commonwealth procurement expertise
Contract and vendor management experience




Solid stakeholder liaison and negotiation skills
Risk management and logistics experience
