About the team
This is a growth role, offering the opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters while developing your technical expertise and client relationship skills.
You will work across:
Estate planning, including advising on and preparing complex testamentary trust wills, enduring powers of attorney and enduring guardianship appointments.
Estate administration, both testate and intestate, including obtaining grants of probate and letters of administration from the Supreme Court.




Trust advice and administration.
Guardianship Division matters.
Estate disputes and contested estate litigation, including family provision claims, challenges to the validity of wills and disputes arising from estate administration.
About you
Our ideal candidate possesses:
1-3 years PQE
Experience or a demonstrated interest in probate and deceased estate administration,
Experience or a demonstrated interest in estate planning, estate disputes and contested estate litigation,
A passion for client service and client outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills
Strong research, analytical and drafting skills.
