Operations & Business Growth Manager
to work alongside our Principal Dentist in helping lead and grow an award-winning, technology-driven dental practice.
This is
not
a traditional Practice Manager role.
We're looking for someone who thrives on improving businesses, implementing systems, embracing technology and AI, developing people, and ensuring every project is completed to a high standard.

Your Role
Coordinating and leading operational projects
Attending management meetings and recording accurate meeting minutes using AI technology
Creating action plans from meetings and ensuring every task has an owner and deadline
Following up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time
Holding people accountable in a supportive, respectful and professional manner
Improving systems, workflows and practice efficiency
Developing policies, procedures and training resources
Monitoring KPIs and preparing management reports
Supporting staff performance, coaching and development
Assisting with recruitment and onboarding
Identifying opportunities to improve the patient experience




Introducing new technologies and AI tools to improve productivity
Helping drive the continued growth and success of the practice
About You

Can confidently manage multiple projects at once
Naturally follows through until every task is completed
Is confident communicating with people at all levels

Is highly competent with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and AI productivity tools
