DoAbility supplies mobility, rehabilitation and homecare equipment to older Australians, people living with disability, children, therapists and care providers.
We are looking for a practical, reliable Equipment Delivery & Support Technician to join our team.
This is not just a delivery role. You will deliver, assemble, adjust and collect equipment across Melbourne and regional Victoria, while making sure each item is safe, clean and ready to use.
Equipment Delivery & Support Technician
What you'll do
Deliver, install and collect mobility and care equipment.
Assemble and adjust equipment including beds, hoists, wheelchairs and daily living aids.
Inspect, clean and test returned equipment before it is reused.
Work with the warehouse and showroom teams to coordinate deliveries and stock movements.
Explain basic equipment use to clients, carers and health professionals.
Complete delivery records and report any damage, faults or servicing requirements.
What you're looking for




A current driver's licence. Manual licence preferred.
Confidence using tools and completing basic assembly work.
Good attention to detail, cleanliness and safety.
A practical and calm approach to problem-solving.
Clear communication and skilled customer service.
The ability to work respectfully in homes, hospitals, aged care facilities and disability settings.
Experience in deliveries, logistics, healthcare or equipment handling is helpful but not essential. Training will be provided.
