Integrated Logistics Support Manager - Defence

The Opportunity
BiORG is seeking an experienced
Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager
to support a range of Defence acquisition and sustainment programs. This role will provide leadership in the development, management and delivery of Integrated Product Support (IPS) outcomes across the Defence Capability Lifecycle.
Hold relevant tertiary qualifications, formal training, or equivalent experience in Integrated Logistics Support, Logistics Engineering, Systems Engineering, Asset Management or a related discipline.
Must hold an AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance (or higher).
Have demonstrated experience leading ILS and Support System activities within complex Defence projects, particularly within CASG and DDA environments.
Lead the planning,



development and delivery of Integrated Product Support elements including Maintenance Planning, Supportability Analysis, Technical Data, Training, Supply Support, Facilities, Support Equipment, Obsolescence Management and Asset Configuration Management.
Provide authoritative advice to Defence and industry stakeholders on sustainment strategies, support system development and through-life support requirements.
Manage multidisciplinary teams and collaborate effectively with engineers, project managers, schedulers, maintainers and senior Defence stakeholders.
Possess a strong understanding of the Defence Capability Lifecycle and the application of Defence logistics and supportability frameworks.
Have experience developing and reviewing ILS artefacts including Logistics Support Analysis Records (LSAR), Integrated Support Plans (ISP), Maintenance Plans, Supportability Cases and IPS documentation.
Have experience working within the ASDEFCON suite of contracts and Defence acquisition and sustainment environments.
Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
Be committed to delivering outstanding client outcomes and fostering long-term trusted relationships.
