We are seeking a motivated and results-driven ICT Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Sydney. Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the ICT industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients.
Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation through to contract closure.
Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional ICT products and services.
Prepare sales forecasts, business reports,



and performance analyses for management.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in ICT business development, technology sales, or a related role.
Strong understanding of ICT products, managed services, cloud solutions, networking, and enterprise technology solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
