The Role:
Working closely with the Senior Property Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing tenant relationships and enquiries




Supporting the Senior Property Manager with day-to-day operations
Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
Coordinating repairs and maintenance requests
Processing applications and onboarding new tenants
Ensuring a high level of service is maintained throughout the tenancy lifecycle
The Candidate:
Previous Property Management experience required
Current Certificate of Registration (COR)
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisation and time management abilities
Experience with PropertyMe is highly desirable
A proactive team player with a passion for delivering outstanding service
