We're looking for a Workspace Supervisor to become the face of our entrepreneurs club and premium Lane Cove location.
The Opportunity
As Workspace Supervisor, you'll be the welcoming, capable presence at The Chamber, the person our members and their guests rely on to keep things running smoothly every day.
The role covers reception, workspace presentation, facilities and meeting room coordination, alongside connecting members with the entrepreneurs club's networking events, business services and partnerships. You'll work closely with management and the sales team to keep everything on track.
It's a hands-on mix of hospitality and practical problem-solving, greeting visitors one moment, liaising with contractors or hosting a workspace tour the next, always with an eye for keeping standards high.
What you'll be doing




Managing the reception desk as the first point of contact for members, guests and visitors.
Taking ownership of the day-to-day operation of the workspace, including facilities, cleaning and maintenance coordination.
Managing meeting room bookings, presentation standards and hospitality for external clients.
Supporting the sales team with workspace tours, trial days and current member onboarding.
Planning and delivering member networking events, educational sessions and community activities that connect our entrepreneurs and support their growth.
Developing partnerships with local businesses and organisations to create additional perks, value and opportunities for our entrepreneurs.
Curating external events and experiences for our members, from workshops and wellness sessions to social and networking opportunities in the local area.
Managing The Chamber's social media presence and day-to-day online community engagement.
Providing first-line support for Wi-Fi, printing and meeting room technology.
Processing meeting room charges, billable business services and monthly reporting.
Building strong relationships with our entrepreneurs and members,



connecting them with the business services and support they need to succeed.
About You
We're looking for someone who takes pride in the operational and concierge side of running a premium workspace, and who's genuinely interested in entrepreneurship and small business. They'll enjoy helping members access the services and connections they need to succeed.
You'll ideally bring:
Experience in coworking, hospitality, premium customer service, hotels or property.
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working autonomously and making day-to-day operational decisions.
Experience coordinating contractors and external suppliers.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and workplace management systems.
High attention to detail with pride in maintaining premium environments.
