Tasks and responsibilities:
Have a passion for working with children, as well as:
Create engaging environments for children to explore and document their learning and development at a high standard.
Demonstrated ability to document children's learning
Building and maintaining relationships with our amazing children, families, and educators.
Part of a teaching team that develops learning programs based on your knowledge of each child, their ideas and goals using the Early Years Learning Framework
Excellent communication skills,
both verbal and written
Positive, caring attitude with a focus on teamwork
Professional presentation
The successful candidate will:
Hold aCert III or Diploma in Early Childhood
Hold a current First Aid Qualifications (Early Childhood specific)
Holding a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or exemption card.
Completion of Child Protection Training and demonstrated knowledge of mandatory reporting obligations.
Understanding of and commitment to the Child Safe Standards and National Principles for Child Safe Organisations.
Demonstrated ability to identify and respond to concerns about child safety and wellbeing.
Willingness to adhere to Sanctuary's Child Protection Policy, Code of Conduct, and Child Protected Environment Policy
