The Position
A leading not-for-profit community services organisation is seeking an accomplished and influential Executive Lead, Strategy to steward the translation of an ambitious long-term strategy into measurable impact for communities, funders and the broaderecosystem.
Reporting to the CEO and working collaboratively with the executive team, the role will enable the organisation demonstrate impact and support the continued evolution of services in line with community need. The Executive Lead will also work across the organisation to identify and facilitate growth opportunities, ensuring continued momentum while maintaining strong alignment with purpose, values and mission.
Equipped withsenior levelexperience gained in private or NFPsectors,the Executive Leadwillbring a strongcommercial lens.Comfortable operatingin ambiguity andwithcompeting stakeholder expectations, the incumbentwillhavea proven abilityinshapinganddeliveringorganisationalstrategyand in the leadership of major initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to shape and deliver enterprise strategy, lead major initiatives and influence across diverse stakeholder environments. With strong advocacy, diplomacy and influencing skills, they will bring the credibility required to balance workforce, community, funder and government interests.



Solid analytical capacity to examine operating model redesign initiatives, particularly where sustainability and future models of service provision are being tested or piloted will be valued.
The Organisation
This purpose-led not-for-profit community organisation delivers integrated support services to diverse communities across multiple locations. It exists to improve health and wellbeing and address health and social inequality, with a strong emphasis on reaching people experiencing barriers to care, support and inclusion.
Services are delivered through multidisciplinary, team-based models of care and span a broad range of community health, mental health, alcohol and other drugs, oral health, family violence, chronic disease management, refugee and asylum seeker health, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, homelessness and outreach programs, and selected aged care and community support services.
