The Enterprise Client Partner is accountable for the health, retention and growth of a named portfolio of Nexon's key enterprise and government accounts. This is a senior, relationship-led commercial role for someone who can operate as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior IT stakeholders across both commercial and public sector organisations, while working closely with Nexon's delivery, service and technical teams to ensure customers realise ongoing value from the engagement.
Success in this role is measured by retained revenue, expansion revenue, and the strength of the customer relationship. The Enterprise Client Partner is the single point of commercial accountability for their named accounts and is expected to know each customer's business, technology roadmap and risk profile better than anyone else at Nexon.
Key Responsibilities
Account retention and relationship ownership
Own the end-to-end relationship for a named portfolio of enterprise accounts, acting as the primary commercial point of contact and trusted advisor. Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across IT, operations, procurement and executive stakeholders to ensure coverage and depth in the engagement. Proactively identify and manage retention risk, including contract renewal timelines, satisfaction issues and competitive threats, and lead remediation plans in partnership with service delivery.
Customer success orchestration
Act as the customer's advocate inside Nexon, coordinating service delivery, technical account management, project delivery and vendor/practice teams to ensure commitments are met. Connect industry trends,
emerging technologies and innovation opportunities to customer objectives. Develop deep knowledge of each customer's industry, growth objectives, operating model, competitive pressures, regulatory environment, technology strategy and risk profile. Run regular business reviews with each named account (typically quarterly) that connect Nexon's delivery performance to the customer's business outcomes and strategic priorities.
Growth and expansion
Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts — additional services, expanded scope, uplift to higher-value managed services, and cross-sell of Nexon's broader portfolio. Maintain multi-year strategic account plans. Lead commercial negotiations for contract renewals, scope changes and new statements of work within the portfolio.
Commercial and forecasting discipline
Maintain accurate, up-to-date account and chance data in Nexon's CRM to support reliable revenue forecasting. Meet or exceed targets for net revenue retention, gross churn and expansion (upsell/cross-sell) within the assigned portfolio. Contribute account-level insight to broader Nexon planning, including pricing, packaging and service design feedback.
Collaboration and internal partnership
Partner closely with presales,
solution architects and service delivery leads to ensure proposals and renewals reflect real customer need and are commercially sound. Escalate and help resolve service or delivery issues that put retention at risk, working with the appropriate internal teams to restore customer confidence. Share account and market intelligence with sales leadership to inform broader go-to-market and capability investment decisions.
Vendor and partner alignment
Maintain relationships with key technology vendors relevant to the portfolio, using these to unlock co-funding, joint business planning, incentive/rebate programs and early roadmap access that strengthen account plans. Bring vendor specialists into account reviews and expansion conversations where they add credibility or unlock funding for the customer, and ensure vendor relationships are used to support customer aligned outcomes for the portfolio.
Skills and Experience (Essential)
8+ years' experience in a client-facing account management, client partner or enterprise sales role within an MSP, IT services, or technology consulting environment
Demonstrated track record of retaining and growing revenue within a portfolio of named accounts
Strong commercial acumen, including contract negotiation, pricing and forecasting discipline
Genuine comfort operating at C-suite, IT and business leadership layers
Working knowledge of managed IT services, AI, cloud, network, cybersecurity and or digital solutions (ServiceNow, Genesys, Microsoft)
Excellent written and verbal communication, including experience preparing and presenting executive business reviews
