Technical Business Analyst – Integration Platform
We're recruiting for a Technical Business Analyst to play a key role across a critical Integration Platform. This is not your typical Business Analyst position.
We're looking for someone who can confidently bridge the gap between business and technology, bringing solid Business Analysis capability together with deep technical understanding of integration technologies and enterprise platforms.
If you've built your career working on integration initiatives rather than purely business process projects, we'd love to hear from.You'll join a highly team-oriented technology team supporting an enterprise Integration Platform, working across multiple initiatives rather than being tied to a single project.
From day one you'll be involved in impact assessments, partnering with technical and business stakeholders to understand change, assess impacts and define requirements that enable successful delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
Conduct impact assessments across integration initiatives.
Elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements.




Produce high-quality functional and non-functional requirements.
Facilitate requirements workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
Develop As-Is and To-Be process and solution documentation.
Perform gap analysis and support solution design activities.
Work closely with integration and platform teams to deliver technology change.
Support multiple initiatives across the Integration Platform as priorities evolve.
We're interested in speaking with Technical Business Analysts who have experience delivering integration-focused technology initiatives.
You'll ideally bring:
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
Strong experience working on integration platforms or integration projects.
Experience working with APIs and enterprise integration technologies.
Exposure to technologies such as Kafka, Confluent and ETL solutions.
Excellent requirements elicitation and documentation skills.
Strong experience defining both functional and non-functional requirements.
Experience producing As-Is, To-Be and gap analysis documentation.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Confidence working in complex enterprise technology environments.
